I have pendaflex files that I need to access every day and this storage bin works out great for me. It's small enough not to create a problem and it has a lid so I can keep my curious cat out of them. It's a win win product.
A perfect size for the home office. It fits all my files and can store letter or legal size folders. It is very sturdy, and delivery was quick. Can't beat it for the price!
It was exactly what I wanted. I needed to be able to file legal size and it fit perfect. Item just as described. I do not use it daily just to store important papers it works for what I need.
I cleaned out a two drawer file cabinet and wanted something less cumbersome. This fits the bill. I use only the letter size option. This fits on the floor of my closet making it out of sight but easy to access. Good purchase.
This is a functional file tote. It holds my letter size hanging files well (legal would fit, but in the other direction), including those clear tabs that sit above the folders. I was worried the lid wouldn't fit over top of the tabs; it's a snug fit, but a fit all the same. The snapping mechanism of the lid is not the best... it clips on, but it doesn't have a satisfying "click" that I've seen in other totes. It's fine if the tote sits idly, but not recommended if the tote is going to bounce around a lot.
Not as expected and cheap and poorly made
The lids on these totes are hard to snap closed and then they come off easily. I almost dumped my files when I picked them up because the lid came off. I would not recommend them to anyone.
These file storage boxes are not what I was expecting. The plastic is sub-par and the lids do not stay closed.
Came in with a broken top
1 star for timely shipping. The 2 totes I picked and paid for were for heavy duty items to hold. What I recieved were not the 2 totes I picked and paid for, I recieved 2 cheaply made totes and definitely not able to hold what I need them for.
