I didn't even realize they made toddler beds in this style. It would for a girl or boy. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
It was a little tricky to assemble the bottom rail part but it is a good sturdy piece with good value. I also like the rich cherry color. My daughter jumped on it a little bit although I told her not to since I heard other people had it broken by it. It's still holding.
This put together relatively easy and is really nice looking and good quality. I am very happy with my purchase.
I bought this bed for my three year old grand dauther. She loves it! It was a bit hard to assemble,, as it arrives unassembled. My Husband and I put it together. The instructions were straightforward but the bed frame and slats did not go together as easily as the picture showed but that could have been us and our technique. We finally got it together, placed the mattress from her previous crib on it and voila, a big girl bed! It is a beautiful bed.
We bought this bed in anticipation of our next baby due late this summer. Even though my son's only 16 months old, he needed his own bed and has to get used to being a big boy. It took about week for my husband to figure out how to get this thing to work. One of the side boards that connects the middle pieces together was bowed out at the end and made it hard for him to stay in place. Make sure you have a small and long enough screwdriver to fit into the holes, or you'll scuff the cherry coating. Otherwise, it's fine. My son loves it and has been getting to know it the last few days and is sleeping in the for the first time for naptime right now. Overall, this is a great product and I would buy it again for how little we ended up spending compared to other stores. And it looks beautiful, too.
Although it took me and my dad almost two hours to put together because of horrible instructions, it is a beautiful bed and very sturdy. Would def recommend
My two year old loves her new bed. It's plenty big and has enough room for her to grow. The only thing I didn't realize is the bottom is not sold it has slats. Not really a big deal I guess but would have preferred a bed with a solid bottom.
The only problem I had with this bed is the bottom headboard the holes weren't right so I couldn't get the screws in right. Also I hate the screw in washers you can't see them so it's all most impossible to screw in.
The product was not as it was described. It arrived scratched and marred. It as supposed to have a solid bottom and not slattes. It had slattes. As it said that the shipping weight was 38 pounds, I assumed that the bed would be more solid than the others I reviewed. It was very light weight. Not at all what I expected.
Looks good, rails are not high enough with the matress, they should be at least another 3inches high. Its also a little tricky to assemble but for the price it'll do the job
