Bought for my pregnant daughter. She & her husband loved it. Very comfy & seems very sturdy. My son-in-law and I put it together in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very easy.
Great glider for the price. I have been looking for a long time online for a white glider with brown fabric. Impossible to find for less than $500.00. I am not a Walmart shopper, but this product was a great find! The cushion is lighter brown than the photo, which works out great for me. It matches my Cocalo A la Mode bedding perfect. It looks fabulous with pink!! I am 5"6" and have no problem fitting in the chair. Mine arrived quickly in perfect condition and does not make any noises when in use. I put it together 8.5 months pregnant in 15 minutes. Other more expensive chairs have wider seats and thicker cushions, but for the price this chair is fantastic.
This glider and ottoman look great. Wish the "chocolate brown" was as dark as pictured but not a deal breaker. Works very smoothly and was easy to assemble the few parts that needed to be put on. The arm cushions fit VERY tight and was afraid I might tear the fabric trying to put them on the arms, but it worked out. For the price we paid for it we are satisfied.
Very pleased with the glider and ottoman; however, was VERY disappointed in the color of the cushions. The picture online displayed a glider and ottoman with the cushions in a dark chocolate material. HOWEVER, the cushions that were delivered with the glider and ottoman were a light brown which did not match the decor in the nursery.
Chair is very comfortable and matches with my decor. I am very pleased with the chair.
I like everything about this chair other than it is pretty small compared to others I've seen. It will be fine for me but if my husband ever wants to sit and rock our baby it's not the best fit, because he's so tall.
Some reviews stated that the color was different than what they expected. The cushions seemed to be the exact version of chocolate brown that I expected them to be. The chair is kind of small-ish but it's the size of almost every glider that I've ever seen. I am happy with it! It's also very easy to assemble.
I bought this as a gift, the parents to be love it.
I guess I expected too much when I purchased this glider/ottoman set. I should have known that it can't be as good as the more expensive ones I've seen at other stores. You really get what you pay for. But its really not that bad for the price. I'm 5'2" and I still feel its a bit to narrow to breast feed in the seat. Oh well, I won't feel too bad giving it away when I can afford to buy a fully upholstered Dutailier. Also, its not as dark as it is on the picture.
I purchased this item for my daughter in Feb 2013 to use when my granddaughter arrived on April 2013. The dowels holding the arms in place have broken and a screw holding it together also broke. The quality of this item is horrendous compared to the price which I thought was a bit high. Now that the item is 5 months old from purchase and not from the first time it was used it is no longer returnable. I would not purchase this item again from Was-Mart.
