I got this as a gift. It was Very easy to assemble. I put it togeather with the help of my 3yr old, at 8months , it only took us about 20mins tops. It's very sturdy, easy to clean. Rocks very smoothly & no noise at all. The only issue I have with this product is I wish the back & butt cushions were thicker:(
Same product found on Target, Amazon and BBRUS sites....but Walmart price was lowest and they offered free ship to store option. Great product, great quality and arrived ahead of expected delivery date and almost fully assembeled out of box; only two or so pieces to put together. Product does squeak from time to time but a little WD40 quiets it and it glides smoothly and padding is comfortable.
I bought 3 of these for our Church Nursery with another 3 the end of last year. Out of the 6 I've purchased, I only had 1 with a bust arm. I called the number on the box and they are sending me a replacement arm so I won't have to take the chair back to the store. All our Childcare staff are enjoying the new comfy chairs.
I really like this glider. it was easy to assemble, light weight so i can move it to different rooms and it is comfy to sit on for a long time. I just wish they had different color options when I bought it and it squeaks a little bit. other than that excellent glider for the price.
My mother wanted this to sit on our sunroom. She was too little to sit comfortably in the other sunroom furniture. The coloring fit nicely with the other furniture and the size fits her nicely too. She likes that she can exercise her legs by gliding too. The only thing was that it needed some WD40 to remove the squeak while "rocking".
It's very light, makes me wonder about the quality of wood. The color of the cushion is a little lighter than what I thought it would be. The back could be a little higher, but it works for me at 5'6''. The cushion that you sit on is thin. I use this everytime I feed the baby, it will get a lot more use, had this less than a week and am seeing the cushion get thinner. Only good thing is it is very quiet and the baby falls asleep easily when on chair.
What a hard bottom cushion!! I'm hoping they make it so uncomfortable so you can make your own butt groove and break it in... Chair is Very easy to put togeter. The snaps that attach the armrests SUCK!!! They are so flimsy and not well fitting! I had to pop a hole through the snap and drill a screw down to keep armrest cushions on.Now, they are secured. WALMART: Use a different manufacturer to buy snaps. The ones currently attached are superbly inferior.
Its alright for the price. The hinges dont sqeak but one of the wooden bars on the back part does sqeak. We moved the bar around at first and that kept it quiet but now not even thats working. It does need more cushion that im probably guna have to buy from a fabric store or something.
I was very excited to order this glider because I didn't want an ottoman and 99% of gliders come with ottomans these days unless they are a very pricey brand. It was the perfect color and price. I didn't expect to be floored by the quality, but I was severely disappointed instead. First of all, it was completely broken during delivery to the store or somewhere along the way. The thickest piece of wood (the seat) was destroyed, splintered, and totally unusable. The box wasn't damaged so I have to wonder how they managed to damage it so bad. Aside from that, because accidents do happen, the paint job was terribly thin and transparent. I may have used the chair had it not been damaged, but I would have always been disappointed with the quality and the look. I tried to review this product the evening I opened the box, but it wasn't even on Wal-Mart's site anymore. I ended up with a wonderful glider in the same colors made by Shermag that I found on Craigslist. The good thing I can say is that Wal-Mart does make it easy to return items and I will always shop with confidence that there won't be any issues.
After getting the glider home and opening the box,there were 3 large cracks inthe base.I did not even take it out of the box to see if there was any other damage or not to it.VERY disappointed...it was a gift for my daughter for her new baby.I have ordered two things online and both things have been broken.....wont use again.
