I was a little concerned purchasing a crib for such a great price, but when I recieved it, I was pleasently surprised. It is very nice and well made. The cherry color is gorgeous. I am so glad I didn't spend way more money, because this is a great crib for the price. I would definetly recommend this to anyone.
We are so happy with this crib. It is sooooooo easy to get the side up and down and it does so quietly. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Having a convertible crib wasn't important to us. (When next baby comes and the crib has been converted into a bed, what will the new baby sleep in?) We wanted a plain ol' crib that was safe and beautiful and within our budget. This exceeds our expectations. Thank you Stork Craft. And thank you walmart.com for the free site to store shipping. We couldn't be happier with this purchase!
Wonderful product. I had it together in about 20 minutes. I think if I had to criticize one item it would be that it does not come with the conversion rail for a daybed or toddler bed. The product does not include this-but they should. This crib is only missing the rail, which shouldn't add anything to the price for just a board. Otherwise, perfect for my baby.
I selected this crib because I did not want a convertible crib as I need it for another baby before I would be done with it as a toddler bed, I wanted a multi-position matress, and a side drop rail. I was very impressed with the crib. Also very happy with the price! My husband like the others was annoyed with the directions but he still assembled the crib with little effort in about 20 minutes. We did not have any issues with the hardware as some other people have so maybe just depends on which crib you end up with. Overall, extremely satisfied!
This is my first baby and I wanted a nice, classic , easy crib. This crib is great! I love the clean lines of it. It's easy to drop the side down on. My husband had it put together in about 30 mins. The teething rails on the side will help ensure that it stays nice for the next kid. I love it!
We had to quickly replace our other crib and are on a limited budget. This crib looks really great in our babys room, and my husband was able to put it together with a little help from our neighbor. I guess the bottom piece gave him some trouble, so the only thing I would suggest is make sure to have an extra set of hands just in case. The only other thing is the mattress doesn't go down as far as I would like, but our son has shown no interest in trying to climb out...Great for the price, shipped fast using Site to Store. Happy mommy.
The crib is just what we expected. The color is good and the assembly was relatively easy. We did have to call the company and ask for replacement bolts to assemble the crib because the ones in the packaging didn't fit. That delayed the assembly by about a week, but the company was very cooperative about replacing the defective bolts. We are still waiting on our little ones, but it seems like a nice, sturdy crib and a good bargain for the price. We will probably purchase a second one once the twins are too big to share a crib.
Overall, this is a very nice crib. Although I'm pretty certain it won't be able to take as much abuse as my older daughter's more expensive crib has. It is very nice looking and has a teething guard on the rails, which is something our first crib lacked. It's a good quality for the price.
The crib is OK for what you pay, but one of the barrel bolts used to connect ends to the stationary side was a metric thread that did not fit the bolts shipped. A trip to the hardware store fixed this - did not want to wait for the company to ship a replacement. The side lowering mechanism is stiff with the mattress in place. The bottom rail of the side that drops flexes when pushing it in to lower. Not sure about the longevity of the mechanism with the flexing and plastic parts. We only intend to use this crib for 6 months so it will do.
The Cribe was for my grandson. I ordered it in one City and it was picked up where My Son and Daughter-n-Law live. That was like reinventing the wheel. The screws to the cribe didn't match so they had to buy different ones from a local hardware store. It was missing a piece and they are still trying to get that from the manufacturer. All in all the cribe is a poor value and not made very well.
