looks nothing like photo on box doesn't have much meat or noodles in it taste was good but it had more sauce then it did anything else I wouldn't buy it again
i love this product, but lately the noodles have been lacking. it definitely does not look like the cover. I am disappointed in this from Stouffers.
I was expecting something that looked like the image on the box, but that's not what I got. It was like an oddly flavored tomato soup with beef and a small amount of pasta. The only redeeming quality was the flavor. I really like frozen dinners from Stouffer's and was looking forward to trying something new. I'm disappointed.
Great photography and a credit to Stouffer's marketing. What you get is flavoured slop with bits of beef and some Macaroni. Any doubts look at my photos.
what's inside is literally the opposite of what the picture shows, mostly tomato sauce and a bit of macaroni, dissatisfied
Used to eat this dish fairly often and was one of my favorite. Unfortunately, it's definitely seems to of changed since I used to eat it. It's a lot more soupy than it used to be and lacking greatly in the ingredients the dish is named after.
It's all sauce. Very little substance. I would rather pay a little more to keep the share holders happy than be left hungry. I wish I could have posted the video of me stirring it, because it's worth 1000 words.
We have been purchasing Stouffers frozen dinners for many years. Until recently, we had been satisfied with the portions, flavors, easy-to-use instructions and overall tastes of the different frozen dinners. Just like 95% of all grocery items costing us significantly more and getting less products, stouffers is in line with the competition. But,.we felt obligated to review the stouffers pasta dinners,.due to drastically reduced portions and watered-down sauces! We used to feel full and satisfied with the stouffers frozen dinners . But, we no longer find the dinners are worth the cost. We would have been okay with a small increase in prices, for the portions to remain the same. Our latest purchase was pasta with marinara sauce. The sauce was like (SOUP!) The portions would have not even filled the belly of a 3 year old child. Much less an adult. It's too bad that shrinkflation has drastically changed our shopping habits and has ruined our favorite frozen dinners! I would bet, that if the frozen dinners suppliers did a survey of customers that buy these items, they would quickly find that paying a little more, while keeping the same portions, would result in keeping the regular customers, satisfied.
I feel like Stouffer's owes me 2 free meals. I have bought many of their meals over the years with no issues. This one.....wow. Absolutely horrible! The macaroni was pure mush....overcooked......the meat had a strange texture and the sauce was the worst I have ever tasted. Save your money.....trust me.....it's no goulash!
Tastes very weird, had giant chunks of stewed tomatoes, very watered down, lots of sauce compared to noodles and meat and was a bit on the sweet side. All in all, it was disgusting!
