It arrived before the estimated date of delivery with everything intact including the iPhone itself, the Straight Talk activation kit, and a new charger. The setup was fairly simple, and I was able to transfer all of my information from my old iPhone to the new one!
I ordered my new phone and received in two days as promised. I upgraded from an 11 to this. I picked this one for the price and storage option and felt this was a great deal. I am with straight talk and I always buy my new phones from the Walmart app.
I had my phone almost identically set up compared to my SE and got all of my photos within 10 minutes. I was able to even further streamline my set up process/keep my number by inserting my old SIM card. This phone's battery life and camera quality are massive improvements over the SE
The phone is great, love the camera. Only had one major problem. . . they didnt scan thee phone at the warehouse so we couldn't activate the phone! After numerous calls to Straight Talk and Walmart.com it was suggested that we return the phone. When we took it to our local store they were able to do some magic on their end and fix the problem. But this was 3 days later, and such a headache for such a minor mistake at the WAREHOUSE!!!
For some reason I can't register this SIM card with straight talk, so I had to swap my old SIM in the new phone. I think this phone can only be used with “Total by Verizon,” for the phone to be registered to the SIM Card.. however my straight talk service is working on the new phone.
The phone was not scanned according to straight talk forcing me to take extra steps in an attempt to get the phone to activate cellular service. As of **** the phone is still not active. Dissatisfied
MyPHONE IS MISSING
I can't transfer my straight talk service onto this phone because they did not scan it. I don't understand how they can sell a phone for over $600 that I cannot use. This is disappointing. I will be returning it.
Bought an iPhone 13 that wasn't registered in the Walmart/StraightTalk system properly. When I contacted StraightTalk that night, they said it couldn't be activated until Walmart fixes that. I had to return to the store, went to the Electronics department, where we were told that they always register it properly (the woman there didn't check in the system, just said there was nothing she could do). Told me to go to Customer Service and ask them to fix it. Customer Service of course said that they can't do anything, and that Electronics needs to fix it. Since this was going nowhere, I decided to return the phone and repurchase a new one. After wiping the phone of any personal info, I got a refund and went to Electronics to just purchase another iPhone 13 (which would hopefully be activated properly). Of course, they had no more StraightTalk iPhone 13s. So, after 2 WalMart trips over 2 days, and a few hours of my life, I still had no phone. Not happy.
The phone I received from Walmart.com was NOT scanned, so I was not able to activate it. I had to go to a local Walmart, they had to refund my money and thankfully they had another phone there for me to purchase. The Manager said that this happens ALL the time on Walmart.com. This certainly is costing Walmart money since now I have returned a brand new phone that was opened and it can now only be re-sold as a used phone for a reduced cost. I see other reviews where the exact same thing happened. What a pain for customers! I will never order again.
