The shipment arrived quickly (albeit in a box that was unnecessarily large for what was inside) and contained four sets of SIM cards (one each of: Micro/full SIM, Nano SIM for both AT&T and T-Mobile networks.) I put the SIM in my tablet and activated via the Straight Talk web site in a few minutes. You will need a credit card to set up service.
It works great. And I received it before the pickup date.

Works great just install change you AN address. Look it up online and it works fast Internet too..
Most of the process worked fine until I had to ensure the actual service worked without wifi after I had purchased a data plan. I had to redo it several times on my iPad but it finally worked. Make sure you have a paper clip or a tool to get the sim card cover to click open because the tablet kit doesn't come with one.
The instructions were some whatever vague. Works very well though

The picture of the item you order indicates, that you get a sim-card, INCLUDING a $ 15 / 30 Day Data Service Plan, but what you get is just the sim-card and NO service plan.
I bought this for my Verizon tablet. It doesn't have a Verizon sim.
