Galaxy s 23 plus works great. It is really clear when you are talking on it.
I love this phone. It is super fast and has amazing photos. Crisp clear screen and easy transition from my previous Samsung. Does not come with a charger but I already have one so not a big deal for me.
Loving this phone so far! It's fast and battery life is awesome. I dont have to charge it nearly as much as I had to charge my S8.

I didn't have any problems transferring my existing straight talk number to this phone. Everything went smoothly. I didn't move or switch any sim cards. I did used wifi connection and used straight talk website on a computer
the phone is great. no complaints whatsoever. it did take some time to get use to. thanks walmart and straight talk.

2 stars is for the lack of customer service! It is truly unfortunate that I can not rate just the customer service and the competence of. What is happening to Customer service. Walmart.com, Straighttalk and so many other retail service provider who tend only to offer a miserable experience when trying to seek answers to even some of the simplest question(s), why is this? I just purchased this phone seeking a higher storage capacity of 256GB, but after I received the phone the label attached to the outside of the carton indicates only 128GB of storage as a feature and is located right next to the Description of Samsung Galaxy 23 . I also missed that reason as an option to dial when calling CS. I will assume that the label is printed with incorrect information, but would really like a confirmation that before activating the phone for use. Just trying to bring this issue of misleading product info to anyone's attention has been the most agonizing and impossible tasks, and very annoying. I have invested so much of my time in trying to obtain the correct answer and still have nothing because of the lack of personalized CS. I realize I can turn the phone on to find out, but I really didn't want to setup and activate the phone if I need to return it. It's bad enough that you have to purchase a phone charger in a separate purchase transaction now, why isn't that information provided in the product description when purchasing. Then how do you know if the one that you purchased is a correct description, this info is pretty important when purchasing the required accessories? Please help, where has good customer service gone to today?
for a $900 purchase youd think id be guaranteed to recieve the right item. i was sent the wrong phone and still havent been able to recieve help on fixing the issue
