Lighting data and processing. LOVED THE PACKAGING!! They didn't these in my area. Decided to order off the app…Thank you Walmart!!
Love this phone! There were issues with the Sims card. Phone showed NO card,so I purchased the kit and when I went to install there was one and I had to put it in right and then the phone worked.
This is yet another successful phone from Samsung. It feels good in hand and performs well. I would recommend doing a fresh boot of the phone before using smart switch as i have had some odd behavior from older apps and devices. A fresh start is my suggestion and then import your apps and data. ALSO I am mildly disappointed that they dont have expandable storage but the amount onboard storage does sooth that minor gripe
Great phone. Hits all the pillars of what makes a phone great!
I love everything about my Samsung S23 Ultra phone. The camera is amazing. I have included a random picture I took right after I set up the phone. It has not been edited. The phone is easy to use. The screen size is exactly what I wanted. I have not encountered anything I don't like yet. I will do another review after I have had the phone a few weeks.
I'm on my 2nd Samsung Galaxy phone.. purchased 1 about 6 years ago and wasn't disappointed @ all, only reason I bought another one was... I needed to upgrade. only thing I didn't like is you can't add a micro card, so your stuck with the storage you have in the phone. But overall I like it
Purchased this phone twice because first one could not be connected to straight talk. Same thing happened with the second. Straight talk customer service is a joke. Probably in another country and cannot understand what your saying or get a brand new phone to connect / turn on.
Greetings, I'm Alan. I'm an Artist %26 Content Creator. You may see my Samsung ordeal documented on my TikTok @MintCoaTea I had the S23 Ultra in May of this year, and by a few months the camera destroyed itself, data has been lost during transfer, and the battery is awful. I live for photography, so I purchased the S23 Ultra as an investment and a birthday gift to myself. However, it has been a love/hate relationship because it has been giving me a lot of joy, but also a lot of sadness. Since receiving my S23-U, I've experienced data loss, overheating, glitches, freezing, within the first few weeks. My camera soon destroyed itself. The photos I take now have purple artifacts all around in the image. The artifacts get worse the more I zoom in. I thought that Samsung would be able to help me with this, but I was so wrong. I was devastated that my the camera of my new phone was now broken, because photography is one of my greatest joys in life, and I've expressed this to Samsung in a message before I sent it in to repair. FYI, I've kept very good care of my Camera array and I've used a solar filter for the sky photography, yet my S23 Ultra DIES, and my cheap Walmart phones were unaffected. My cheap phones are still going strong even after like a year, and my New S23-Ultra has just destroyed itself in a matter of a few months. I recently sent my in-warranty S23 Ultra Samsung repair, it took several days for them to come to a conclusion, then they requested over $583 dollars for a repair, because they invalidated my device warranty, making it ineligible for complimentary repair. I've been in contact with Samsung for many weeks trying to dispute this claim of “connector damage” I've had my S23 Ultra in a high-end case and screen protector since the start, it is just mind boggling how they can find damage. I waited several days for their follow-up call, now they say my phone is water-damaged, so now the warranty is revoked. In today's call, I disputed that my S23 Ultra was in a case and screen protector, and was just cleaned, I never dunked my phone in water or anything like that. It is truly false advertising to claim that a phone is water-proof and then the phone can't withstand even being wiped with a barely damp cloth. It sickens me. Also, other than the camera, the phone was functioning like it always had before I sent it in, so I don't know where all this damage is from. The rep argued with me that the phone is not water-proof, but water-resistant, so it can only take splashes. I expressed that my phone didn't even receive a splash. So, then the rep claims that the cold temperature at the repair center caused the connector damage. If the repair team caused the damage, then how is that my fault???!!! I've had Walmart phones which have withstood more humidity than the S23-Ultra. It is truly a disgrace how Samsung continues to disregard the poor quality of their faulty products.
I be careful with what FedEx delivers for you. They broke my brand new $1200 phone While shipping it. And then The big wigs they wouldn't talk to me and all they did was send my money back. and wouldn't replace it. Honestly, I didn't want the money. I wanted The phone for this product I unfortunately give up for review. I'm an 8 year customer. And this is the first time I've been disappointed.
Very disappointed to discover this phone has no headphone jack. It will be the last Samsung I buy.
