My son takes this for behavioral issues and it appears to help plus it is in a chewable format! His doctor was impressed that Swanson's carries a chewable version of this. It makes getting those morning meds down so much easier!
Helps my neuropathy and when I take it before bedtime it helps me sleep
I can carry these chewable tablets in my purse to have with me at all times. Also I think the chewable form allows them to get into my sytem faster for quicker results. And I trust this brand.

These are 100mg but I break them in half, they're chewable, and take half at a time. Helpful during times of anxiety and also good to help you fall back asleep in the middle of the night. Jesus saves!
