My 3 year old loves these shoes! They are very comfortable and she can put them on herself - which she loves. I like the fact that they distinguish between left and right foot. It helps my daughter put them on correctly. Will be purchasing the next size up for sure.
These shoes are so adorable for my little girls first day of preschool! We have been on the struggle bus since her feet are wide and any Velcro strap barely crossed halfway across her foot. We ordered wide and love them! They don’t “look” extra wide which was a concern of mine. We will be getting more wide shoes for her from stride rite again very soon!
This is the first pair Of shoes I’ve found for my toddler that are stylish and fit! They are adorable and go with everything. She has a wide, thick foot and the 7W fit her perfectly. I’m so happy I finally found some great quality, comfy shoes for her!!
I LOVE the two pair of shoes we purchased for our little one. One is all leather and the other the cutest canvas. Easy to independently put on and fasten the velcro. Both shoes also help our preschool learn right from left with the swords written on the bottom of the shoes. But my favorite part ... 1/2 sizes! Our toddler has low muscle tone and is a late walker at 4 years. The next “full size” was way too large for her ability, and she walked like a clown. We knew Stride Rite offered quality shoes in half sizes. My child can walk, climb and move easily and safely! Thank goodness for half sizes!!!!
These are precious! Dress them up or dress them down...comfy and cute! Run a little bit big. I normally order a wide and I also ordered these in a wide. They leave a little gap above the foot which I’m sure will just collect dirt and dust and make her foot dirty, but not worth the hassle of returning and reordering.
These shoes are so easy to take on and off, and have a squishy, memory-foam style insert. I think my daughter could walk a mile in them! They're also adorable on and are the perfect mix between a sneaker and more casual looking every day shoe. Would definitely recommend!
When my daughter first put them on, she cried and screamed that she didn't like them because they are very tight on her wide foot (I bought a Wide) and it was hard to put on. After putting it on and stretching it, she's happy with them now.
Overall the shoe is versatile for casual dresses or summer outfits. In the picture the shoe looks like a true mid tone pink but in person it is more of a flamingo or coral pink. Too bright for winter wear. Shoe also runs a half size too large. Overall, still a good quality Striderite shoe.
Stride Rite is our go-to shoe. Always fits well and are well made. We love this style so much, I bought in a bigger size too. However, even though a note in the box said that the glitter would wear off, I'm surprised by how quickly that happened. We have another pair of sparkly silver shoes from Stride Rite's Surprize line at Target that, although cheaper, have no shedding issues.
Hello! My 3 yo daughter was sooo excited to get her shoes in the mail and her big sisters helped open the box. She immediately put them on and wore them outside for a bit. They are way too big still. She is a size 10. However it’s just ok big. I was so bummed as we were probably now unable to exchange them for a different size etc.
