The metal steps were just the ticket to meet my need. However, when the box arrived via UPS it was damaged and most of the hardware was lost or attached to packaging tape. I purchased needed hardware at Ace, Easy to set up. I contacted the manufacturer and explained the delivery circumstances and the customer rep explained there normal mode of shipment is to place the item on a pallet and wrapped. Walmart, on the other hand, uses UPS and leaves it up fate
We live at a lake and we bought these stairs as an easy way to step off our dock into the water. They work great and are very sturdy. Assembly was very simple.
I bought these steps for a friend who has trouble getting in her camper. The landing is great for when you step out making it a more safe step. I am getting a set for myself.
THIS IS GREAT, EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE STEP ATTACHED TO TRAILER. REALLY NICE TO HAVE HANDLE BAR, EASY FOR MY 2 LITTLE DOGS TO GET IN AND OUT ON THEIR OWN NOW. THE ANTI -SLIP MATS ON THE STEPS WERE A SURPRIZE TO SEE AND FURTHER GIVES THESE STAIRS A PLUS
This Econo Porch steps arrived within a few days in perfect condition. Price was quite reasonable. Assembly was easy, about 15 minutes. The steps are very sturdy and have a non-slip surface. Very pleased with purchase.
My wife needed a hand rail at the steps from the garage into the house. These are vet stable and work great. The only thing I would like better is if they were about 6 inches wider.
These stairs are easy to assemble and sturdy. I bought a second set and bolted them together to have a nice wide entry. It's a luxury, not a necessity with these.
We bought the porch for our travel trailer. It was easy to assemble and is just what we needed for easiier access into our trailer. The porch makes it easier to take things into the trailer. We are happy with the purchase.
