This stool is great. It performs and looks exactly as expected. Sturdy and reliable. A part was missing upon assembly (very easy assembly). All it took was getting on line at the web site recommended in the simple directions and requesting the part. It arrived within the week and all ended stupendously. It was a decorative piece, so the stool was still functional and usable while awaiting its arrival. This is a nice product and an overall good purchasing experience.
