price of course is right and I love this scent.
We love the fragrance. But, I have to admit that I can get it at Dollar Tree for $1.00.
My granddaughter loves this conditioner and the shampoo. It makes her hair shiny and soft and smells wonderful. Great for teenagers or all ages!
I bought this conditioner after trying and falling in love with the matching green apple shampoo. More companies need to make green apple scented hair care. I figured for less than a buck I couldn't regret the purchase. Honestly in the past I would have never considered Suave because of its reputation as a "cheapo" brand. And I thought it was called naturals because of the fruit extracts. However, I've discovered this line is cone free and therefore gets rid of all the gunk and no build up. When I use both the shampoo and the conditioner my hair is squeaky clean. You can literally hear the squeak of the clean when I run my fingers through my wet hair. I love this scent in a hot shower and it just plain does the job. On the flip side it does say 2x more fragrance but I can't really smell that past getting out of the shower. What you are left with is the base fragrance that's in all the Suave naturals scents. For less than a dollar I won't complain. I have thick somewhat wavy hair with no real problems. This conditioner is a great detangler. If you need something more out of a conditioner I would look elsewhere but otherwise I can't recommend it enough. Some people might think the product is a little thin and I would agree with that. However, I use it all over my head and not just the ends and there's no greasiness afterwards. The green apple scent is by far and away the best one. I wouldn't consider any of the others. Bottom line for me is the product has to work and has to give me a great shower experience.
I just graduated this year and I'm trying to save up money. It' very hard to save up money when your a PRODUCT JUNKIE like I am. I like to buy beauty products... I like to believe that once I use that certain product I will come out the shower looking BEAUTIFUL lol. Now, back to the Suave! This conditioner and shampoo has changed my life. #I bought both# Not saying it compareable to BUMBLE AND BUMBLE OR NEXXUS...but it's "CHEAP" and it DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO. High end products are a thing in the past for me, I have to be frugal with my money and my beauty junkie addiction! At my store it's $.98 with tax... who could beat that? hahaha. -it smells freaking delish ALL DAY AND THE NEXT DAY! -it provides a great slip while I detangle or co/wash -i love green apples? and i want to eat one after i do my hair. -i love $.98 price! I'm going buy more...maybe collect them! :-)
I'm 60 years old and have tried many shampoo & conditioner products. My favorite has been Suave Essentials Juicy Green Apple for many years now. It leaves my hair clean and soft feeling. I also prefer the Green Apple scent to the others - not too strong of an odor, just enough! By the way, I'm a guy.
My kids go through a ton of conditioner. this is a good value and does the job as good as a more expensive conditioner.
I buy this for my daughter. She loves the smell and it makes her hair soft and smell good.
Me writing a review of a product? This is a HUGE deal. For months I have not been able to find my love, my go-to budget staple, my SuaveJuicy Green Apple Conditioner. When I found it 2 days ago, I was thrilled. That joy turned to dismay as soon as I opened the bottle. Sadly, I didn't do that until I got home. The light, crisp scent that I have looked forward to for SIX MONTHS since I last used this conditioner, is gone. I decided to give it a fair shot and use it as I have for 15 years, to pre-poo my hair. BAD IDEA! I used to be left with soft, manageable strands that didn't tangle almost immediately after applying the old version. Initially, this new junk appeared to have promise. Hours later, I have crackly, crispy hair that is begging to be rescued. Quite interestingly, this is a lot like what the other conditioners in this inexpensive Essentials line do to my hair. Juicy Green Apple was THE ONLY conditioner of the lot that my hair truly loved. Why Suave? Why would you revise something I would have easily rated as highly as my most expensive conditioners - a sweet 4.5 - and turned it into an abject bottle of garbage with a generic scent??? This is quite disturbing. I used to recommend this product TO EVERYONE because it left my hair shiny and silky every, single time. I would say, "It's cheap but it's perfect!" I even used it as my leave-in with awesome results! What have you done??? Had you announced such a change on the packaging, I would have had the opportunity to brace myself. This is cruel and unusual punishment for they loyalty I've given this product for a very long time. I'm so distressed that I plan to go hunting bottles of the old version today. I will not be purchasing the new mess ever again. Fix it now!
I've been happily buying Suave Green Apple conditioner for YEARS and just bought a new bottle that says it's 'Revitalizing'. I completely disagree! You removed the glycerin and propylene glycol and without those ingredients, my hair is very dry and frizzy. I've used it two times and this bottle will be going in the trash! I hope the ingredients are revised, until then, I'll find another brand to purchase. Very disappointed
