I like that this is offered even if it's a pain to purchase. I take daily allergy medication but this is the only thing that will stop my nose from running!
if your having sinus congestion problems then sudafed 24 hour is a great way to help clear your head and nasal congestion asap and it don`t cost near as much as some of the other sinus congestion products I used sudafed 24 hour and would`t refer anyone nothing else its that great of a product
This stuff works wonders! I am above satisfied with taking this. I have had problems all my life with a stuffed up nose, when I was younger they said it was allergies and I used to have to get allergy shots twice a week for years that never helped. my doctor prescribed me everything you can think of and nothing worked.. then one day I tried this and it cleared my nose completely I could breath again! I get the 24 hour because it last for days sometimes I can take one and it'll last 3 days it's amazing! I hate that I have to take medicine to breath through my nose but the fact that I found something that works and I don't need a prescription is the best thing ever! I hope to someday not have to take this but in the meantime it's my go to in the winter

When I fly on a beach vacation, I frequently get water in my ears, creating extreme discomfort on the flight home. Taking Sudafed before the flight avoids the ear pain as we come in for landing and allows me to clear my ears from the pressure change upon landing. Recently, my husband, who has allergies, has used it when flying for the same relief.
