Works perfectly for the purpose
Great when you don't want to drill directly into your own banisters. Straps hold finished mounting wood to your banister, and cushions prevent any damage.
We bought this as we did not want to put screws into our wood banister and are pleased with the results. Although, we were under the impression that a gate came with it and were a little disappointed to find we then had to go out and purchase a gate. As far as the attachment goes, very pleased.
Worked perfectly for me to install my baby gate on my awkward posts. Secured very quickly and is very sturdy.
Easy to install and a quality product. The directions could be a little clearer.
Works great with the gate its advertised with. Could be used with other screw in gates too I guess. The grips work well with my stairs and doesnt require specific banister types to work. Good purchase!
Excellent fit. Easy to install very secure. The ties are extremely strong. Perfect solution without having to drill into bannisters.

Super easy and fast to install and we didn't have to ruin our fancy brand new stairs. 4 stars because it's a bit too pricey and also the plastic straps are white, while the wood is dark stained, so those straps really stand out like a sore thumb.
I thought it was also the gate but when I got it it was only the sides very unhappy since the picture showed the gate now I don't know which gate to order forcitv
