This Sunbeam Heated Back Wrap with Shiatsu Massage is a high quality device that wraps securely around your waist and has 4 shiatsu massaging nodes that work extremely well to loosen and relax your lower and mid back muscles. I like that it has a 20 minute shutoff time just in case I fall asleep with it on. This massager also has 3 heat settings which heat up very quickly and have a 2 hour shutoff time. I found the 12 foot long cord to be a convenient size for both using the product while laying down or sitting in a chair. Overall, I found this massager to be an excellent product for relieving back pain and for relaxing back muscles especially after a long day at work. I highly recommend this product! I think the sunbeam heated backwrap is a wonderful product that I like very much! After a long evening at the gym, I can come home and have my back relaxed with this product even with heat! It's a little big but a very durable and sturdy product that works to perfection. The massager really works well and you can feel it as it is working! I absolutely love this massage wrap! The heating options are what makes it the top of the line for me. I recently started my journey back into fitness after becoming a mom, and I've found that this wrap makes my recovery after workouts so amazing. This is an amazing product! I could literally feel the knots in my back being worked out. Then add the heating component and it's all you could ever ask for in a back wrap. The strap is a unique feature that does it job in helping to keep it in place and the cord is long enough to allow mobility. I could tell a difference after just one evening. This is working wonders on my partner's lower back pain.
I really like this product a lot and it's many features. For less than the price i have paid for a couple of massage at my local spa i can now get a nice back massage as often as i like! It's also heated which feels great on my back and you can choose from three different heating settings,and the massaging mechanism massages way better than i expected. It even has its own convenient cord pouch made into it so you can take it anywhere without cords dangling everywhere. The quality of the massager is good and it's easy to put on and use. There was no setup to do; you could immediately pull it out of the box and use it. The massaging part was a pleasant experience but it wasn't a deep tissue therapeutic massage. It would only soothe minor muscle aches or pains. It would be good for days when you have cramps and you need a little relief. I prefer a more in depth massage but for minor aches and pains this would work great. The heating element has a “Low”, “Medium”, and “High” setting which is nice. There was a definite difference in heat levels. Massager works great with or without the heat and is slightly noisy.
The massage is a little rough. There is no adjustment for the intensity of the massage. There It is rather bulky.
