[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the XXL Sunbeam heating pad to review. I wa excited because I have always wanted one but never could justify buying one. The pad's warmth started within 75 seconds and by 2 1/2 minutes had a nice warmth throughout. I placed my picky elderly dog on the warmed pad (warm heat-lower than the low setting) and she immediately laid down where I placed her and fell asleep. She is 9 years old, so she probably has some achy joints at the end of the day. I have never seen her lay on a blanket with out fluffing it and moving it from one end of the bed to the other. To make sure it was not just her, I placed her daughter on and she too fell in love. I of course love that it helps my achy joints.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sunbeam XXL Size Microplush Heating Pad with Compact Storage is the best heating pad I have ever owned. This pad is so soft, flexible, and plush which is a big improvement over older heating pads. You get a nice even heat across the entire heating pad. The size of the heating pad is great because at 20 x 24 is can cover from shoulder to shoulder or your entire back area. You can also create moist heat by simply spraying water on the pad. The cord is plenty long. It has 4 heat settings, warm, low, medium, and high and the controller has LED lights so you can easily see what setting you have it on when it's dark. It also has a 2 hr auto shut off which is always a plus from a safety stand point. The heating pad is machine washable and dryer safe, you just have to unplug the controller. When you are done using it you simply put the cord and controller in the center of it and roll it up and secure it with the elastic straps that are attached on both ends. I highly recommend this heating pad because it is the most comfortable heating pad I have ever used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This XXL heating pad is the perfect size for my knee, it works great for wrapping all the way around and letting the heat relax the muscles. I found if you fold it in half lengthwise it fits perfect for my shoulders while reading on my iPad. Probably the best feature is the 4 heat settings, I use the low sometimes just to warm up with my coffee in the morning (see picture) .

It has a wonderful microplush cover that is so soft. I love the elastic straps because I can roll it up and take it anywhere. It has 4 heat settings and works great.

The pad has compact Storage via elastic straps for wrapping up. This pad is extra large, so it can pretty much cover every part on your body that is hurting you. And the Sunbeam XXXL Microplush Heating pad has a moist heat option. I love mine, it is very soft, simple to use with just the push of a button. It has my approval !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbeam XXL Size Microplush Heating Pad heats up quickly and evenly. This heating pad is easy to use and is very large. I like that the pad covers my back or legs completely. The controller is attached to an extra-long nine-foot cord, that makes it convenient for me to plug in by my bed. The controller has four heat settings. There is a warm, low, medium and high, depending on what you need for your specific purpose. With a press of the button, each setting lights up in a different color depending on the one you choose. The pad heats up quickly and brought me fast relief. I like that there is a safety feature of a two-hour shut off. This gives me peace of mind when using it. If I need a deeper penetrating pain relief, I can spray the pad with water for a moist heat. This heating pad takes up minimal space when not in use. It has two cords that secure the pad once it is rolled up. The cord can be removed and the pad is machine washable. The pad itself is soft to the touch, and also very flexible. I am able to wrap it around a muscle if need be. Overall, I prefer the XXL Sunbeam Heating Pad over your average size pad.

Defective. I constantly have to mess with the remote as if it has a short in order for it to turn on
Don't like the cord. The cord where the control is, is too short, from the pad. End up laying on the control, hurts and uncomfortable. Try to adjust, the pad isn't in the right place. Constantly battling this pad.
This product had been opened and used by another individual. The product had been assembled, and the cord was not packaged the way I had received a smaller size pad. For that reason I'm returning it.
