Easy to install, look like real. I installed some last year for my new garden, they really stay put, not a single one popped out. I just bought six-packs more.
these worked good, we moved here 3 years ago and the had green plastic edging up against stone landscaping. the plastic would come up and break easily. this seems like it will be a lot more stable it was easy to put down and looks better. i wish it was a little darker but it is much better than the green that was there.
Instead of spending a ton of money on real stone these are great! They look pretty real. They hold up (wont come out of the ground if kicked) They are mostly for straight and right angle but you can use them in a slight (arch). Make sure you don't have any stones under them or pounding them into the ground will make it harder and could result in a cracked or broken peg. Once you get the hang of it, they go in with ease!
I laid brick on a portion of my front yard to cut down on water (California drought). The design included a center area for a rock garden. The edge of the brick that met the lawn needed a border to give a finished look. The rock garden contains a mixture of colors including a blend of light green/off white rocks. If I used real rock/bricks, I would have had to cut out more lawn and dig deeper (more labor). This Suncast Border Stone Edging is a perfect, quick, inexpensive solution and the color compliments the rock garden. The rock garden is so eye catching that the border edging "plastic" does not detract at all (IMHO). This border stone is a perfect width and height for my situation. I purchased 1 box to see how it looked. One box was 3 stones short of what I needed so I had to purchase another. I will use the remainder somewhere in my back yard. The material is hardy and I suspect will last for years. On the other hand, if it only lasts 1 year, the cost investment is minimal. I am a happy customer.
These are the easiest and when you get one in you can back fill and put in a second level making it look a bit more dramatic. I just put them and they look good.
Just what I was looking for. They are not flimsy and took a beating with the rubber mallet but they also cut easily with a razor blade for tweaking. Look nice and keep the mulch in.
This edging was easy to install; however a mallet is needed. I found a plastic one in the camping section for $3.97. I installed 20 feet in less than 30 minutes with good results.
It was perfect for my project and easy to use. Price was very good. I have more around other plants to keep from getting run over by lawn mower.
We put this in very quickly. It will comply to wide curves but would not be good for tight curves.
These are not strong and are not easy to install. The pegs that go into the ground bend and break. I'd like a refund
