Goes together easily with good directions. Portable with wheels at one end. Roomy enough to hold lots although it should not be all heavy stuff. Looks good. Not sure I would leave it outdoors in New England winters but I am happy with it thus far.
We bought this box for Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon and USPS to put their deliveries in. It is working just great for that purpose. I like the no-tools assembly (snap together). I like the size which is big enough for most all deliveries we get. It looks nice and neat on my front porch. I'm a little concerned that it might not do well in a strong wind but it hasn't been tested yet. All in all it is a great value on a hard-to-find item.
When it rains, we store our hammock-style porch swings in it and this deck box keeps them perfectly dry and safe from the inclement weather. We recommend it highly. It was very easy to put together and fits right in with the color of our home. It was a good purchase.
Wal-Mart had an excellent price on this deck box and I purchased 3 for storage inside my business. I did end up returning 2 of them as they were just a little too big. I ended up getting the same product that was smaller and coincidentally more expensive. The boxes were very easy to put together. I would recommend them.
It's a little flimsy but works well for my needs, storing my BBQ essentials. During a recent torrential downpour I was concerned that my smoking woods and charcoal would be ruined, but not a drop got inside.
This storage box is easy to assemble (no tools needed). very roomy and for the price you can't beat it (I have been pricing these). It's not super heavy duty plastic, but it definitely serves it's purpose (keeping goods out of the weather with vent holes (under the handle). I would recommend. We use for folding chairs & life jackets at the lake property.
Rated this 4 out of 5 because it is made a little thin. It works good for what we needed. We had to cut a square hole through the back, which is what we intended to do, but we cut through it with a pocket knife. I thought when I ordered it, it would be a lot thicker.
Easy to assemble. The purpose of ours was to go out in the yard to hold poultry supplies- near the chicken coop. If it isn't on a deck or poolside, I'd recommend you put it on a solid foundation to give more substance & stability to the bottom (we bought stone slabs). Ours is out in the elements and the interior & contents are staying dry.
This product is not at all what we expected. The plastic is thin and flimsy, and there's no way it will hold up in the weather, we expect it to crack and break this winter. It's not as big as we expected, and doesn't hold as much as it should, for the price of the box. The lid has 2 thin plastic straps that hook it to the deck box (in addition to the hinge), but these will break with any type of pressure. The outside looks nice, but it's deceptive as the inside is lined and cheap looking. We're very disappointed with the quality of this product and do not recommend it.
So disappointed! The walls and lid bowed before we ever put an item inside. The sides do not fit together tightly. It LOOKS sturdy in the photo, but in reality, it is very light weight and flimsy. Although advertised as a deck box and depicted on a patio, I don't think it will weather well. For a comparison, think of those boxes sold to store holiday items. Usually they are on sale for about $8 after the holidays. They have fold-over flaps at the bottom. That is what this is. Actually, it is less sturdy than one of those boxes because that thin weight is used for a larger size box. I learned my lesson. I should have viewed and bought this in person. I will do so in the future.
