These have been a staple for my wife for years. She use to complain about broken peeling nails now she fusses about how fast and strong they grow, go figure.
Sundown is my favorite hair skin nail vitamin. It has a well rounded ingredient list at an affordable price without too many fillers or unnecessary ingredients or colors to make the pills pink and cute. I have long fine hair and these vitamins really help stop my hair from getting so many split ends and breaking.
Love these vitamins. I have used them for about 3 yrs ran out for about 5 months did not use them and could tell. I would highly recommend.
So far my daughter is seeing more hair growth her hair is shorter and she colors it monthly so she sees alot od root growth .....I have below the waist long hair so I cant really tell yet we been taking them for 2 months now..
Use it everyday. I wish I would have gotten the bigger cheaper spring valley 240 capsules. My hair is already down past my hips before I used product so I don't know if it's grown or not, but I will say I do notice a difference in nail growth !! Comes with a easy to open flip top so be careful with little ones. I take this along with fish oil and multi vitamins. Next time I'm buying the bigger spring valley bottle.
Can't tell if these are working or not. Will use up the bottle and then see if I notice a difference.
Great product so far! Love that my hair falls out less! Nails grow faster and skin appears to be better. I haven't been on this product long enough to really give an honest review. My hopes are high though. I would hope after 6 months it will show more improvements.
GOOD STUFF I WILL BUY IT AGAIN
I just started taking these so too soon to know if they are helpful. But, I will not purchase again. Had I known you had to take 3 tablets at a time I would not have purchased.
You have to take 3 pills per day and the pills gave a very strong spell. Will not be purchasing these again.
