I order from walmart online often and have never had any problems before, however, when I ordered this e-book it took 8 extra days to get her even though it was shipped 2-day fedex AND it arrived with a broken screen. So not only did my husband not recieve it in time for his christmas gift, he couldn't use it when he finally did get it. UGH!! On the bright side, I returned to my local walmart with no problems at all. Now I just need to decide if I'm going to try again by ordering another. (they don't don't sell these at our local store) My husband was really looking forward to utilizing the many capabilities of this item. The idea of if is really cool!!
I bought this product and returned in less than 48 hours, no matter how i tried to connect to the internet, it just didn't.. and support was no help, it was too frustrating.. and for 199.00 i expected a better product.. i would not recommend it even though the premise of a ebook player with additional uses is a good idea but when you buy a product that is supposed to connect to the internet and it doesn't its very dissapointing
