Very easy to assemble, Simple instructions. Like walking while sitting down. Simple adjustment to increase/decrease tension on the pedals which makes for a good work out. The display is clear and easy to read.
I USE IT TO HELP MY BACK EASY TO GET ON AND OFF
When I purchased this recumbent bike, I was unsure what to expect. When it arrived, I was delighted to discover that it was easy to put together and very well made. It doesn't take up much floor space either. I am not overly excited about exercising, but this makes it easy. It is so quiet that I can watch TV or listen to music while I exercise.
Sturdy, works great, comfortable seat, for the money you can't go wrong!
super easy to assemble......it took me about 20 minutes. no missing pieces and the instructions were more than adequate. the digital display works well is easy to read. the adjustment for resistance is easy to use and reach. I had to drill an extra hole in the frame to get the "perfect" fit for length, but that was not a problem. also found I needed a foam pad on the seat for comfort. all in all for the price and ease of assembly and use I would rate it xlnt.
A great bike to start with, nice to look at. I find the bike to be easy to operate this is a nice buy for any one.
