My order came very quick there was one issue and it was resolve. I put the battery in and when I went to weigh myself it came up kilograms instead of pounds. So I call the 1 800 number the rep didn't know how to get it to pounds. He was very nice put me on hold for a few and came back with the answer. There is a switch in the back by the battery I did that and problem solve. I love the sleekness of it . I would recommend it. It looks great
this scale seems to be inaccurate. The weight differs each time ((few minutes apart).
