We ordered this tripod from a Walmart Vendor through the app. It arrived before time, in it box that was crushed. We suspected that it had been a return but decided to open it anyway. The tripod was damaged and had parts missing. This vendor is either unscrupulous or it was a genuine mistake sending out a previously returned item. This is the first time we have experienced anything negative and we buy online extensively. The one positive is Walmart was able to get the Vendor to reimburse us in full.
