Rapper and actor Ice Cube's directorial debut, The Players Club comes to DVD with both a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1, and an inferior standard full-frame transfer. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include the original theatrical trailer, biographies of the cast and crew, and a pair of music videos, "We Be Clubbin" and "My Loved Ones." New Line has done a very good job with this release that will surely please fans of Cube, and may find the film a broader audience than saw it in the theater.

Great gift for my daughter at a great price. Shipping could be a little faster.
The only drawback was the profanity and blasphemy by the children in the film. On a whole, the film was well made and had a good story line.
My nephews love this movie, great for the family movie night.

This was a good movie, we watch it together on family night and every one even the teenagers liked it, now that is saying something there lol
2 of the greatest directors of my time make one great movie. I'm so glad I own super 8 now for my movie collection.

My grandson loves this movie and was thrilled to get it for his birthday. He has watched it several times since he received it.
For starters, let's talk about the use of stupid phrases like "That's mint." Secondly, the movie was dragged out way too long. I'd rather watch 15 straight hours of cats on broadway than to EVER see this film again. What a waste of money that was.
