I have been taking super bio curcumin by Life extension for decades. It definitely lowers my inflammation everywhere. Liver and joints for me is most important.
Hello, I have been using this product for many years. It helps me with joint mobility and reduces inflammation. I usually buy a large quantity and then repackage the tablets so that more fit into one bottle. As shown in the picture, I can reduce five bottles to two. This is more convenient, and perhaps you could consider this idea to produce the product with maximum bottle capacity.
I notice a difference between when I take this product and when I don't. I've used other curcumin supplements and feel that this is potent and my body responds well to it. I'm definitely a fan and will continue to purchase.
This is a great product. Helps with my issues I have in my lower back due to a dislocated disk. I have used NSAIDS for years and with this product I have been able to cut down on NSAIDS. I have ordered from Life Extension for years. I read the book from the 80s written bu Duke Pearson and Sandy Shaw. That's how I became interested in Life Extension products. I wished I had kept taking your 2 per day multi. I started using another product and didn't realize how many benefits I was receiving with Life Extensions 2 per day. I am now having low iron issues so I ordered the 2 per day multi plus a B combo. I can now see where I needed the Methyl B12 and Folate.
There are too many studies health benefits to list in this review but they are available through NIH. Products must be bio-enhanced to be properly absorbed. The bio-enhancement used in this product is easier on the digestive system than peperine found in many other products. Highly recommend this product!
I take a capsule of this curcumine with my green's juice and really it works. It help me a lot with my joints.
These go down easy and I'm hoping for improved health. Bought them mainly for inflammation from doing housework. They may already be helping bc it's been better but haven't taken them for long. Will try to be consistent.
I am very sensitive to some kind of medication or supplement therefore I carefully always take half of the dosage indicated on the bottle. I think your products are better than many others on the market. Thank you.
I do believe I have had some joint relief with this supplement, although it may be too early to tell. My L knee and lower back feel less annoying with routine during day.
I didn't notice any difference in reduction in inflammation after using this for a month. I'm sure all cases are different.
