It s beyond my expectations! I have a sensitive with redness skin and I barely have some redness and my skin smooth so much.(38 y) Definitely help!
This product is amazing. It lasts a long time. It goes on very smoothly. My fine lines have disappeared. I get so many compliments saying my skin looks so smooth.
Love this product! It has made my skin looked so refreshed, reduced fine lines and eliminated my oily and breakout prone skin. No dry, flaky skin.
In the past, I've not been able to use retinol products. They just irritate my skin and make me break out. This one does NOT! I feel like it's doing a great job of smoothing out my skin, making it generally less dry looking, a bit firmer, and it feels really smooth- almost powdery going on. It is expensive, but I bought a second tube.
This is my favorite face product. I use it nightly and it goes on so smoothly and makes my face so soft. I honestly feel like it has helped keep my skin younger looking with less wrinkles.
I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and so far, it has not given me any bad reaction- no redness or tightness of skin. It's like a velvet type of cream when you put it in your face. It has made my face smooth!
I was terrified, I've never used retinol. Simply put, I have sensitive and reactive skin, one bad run in with highly touted acids and I've played it safe since. Anyway, my esthetician handed me this product and recommended I give it a try. The price gave me pause, but you only live once right? It's a silky texture, almost powdery when applied. Please make sure you're using your hydrating moisturizer favs with this one. I tried a thinner moisturizer with it, had very light dryness in certain areas (temples). With that one I have to stack, a little moisturizer, then Retivance, then finish with moisturizer. With a thicker one, no issue at all with dryness. I have noticed that I don't have any hormonal skin acne since using this product. A major win!
I LOVED this product for 4 days, and then I developed a very dry itchy rash. I have not had good luck with retinol in the past, and my skincare provider had hoped that the moisturizing in this one would make it okay. It still was not. It makes me sad though, because it REALLY WORKS!
I've been using obagi skincare for over five years but recently started using retivance. It has made my skin smoother and I have fewer brown spots.
I've been using Retinol 1.0. I like the effect but I tried to replace to mild formula. Due to my age(?), my skin becomes sensitive. This cream is not aggressive. Seems works for some people according to their review. Unfortunately, I don't notice good effect on my skin. Besides, I do not like the "powdery finish". My fingers get slippy and dull. I can't tell where I need to spread the cream more. I'll go for Retinol 0.5.
