my first rc helicopter and this one is is hard to control. I keep on crashing and I just hope I don't ruin it. hopefully i'll learn how to operate it first.
The helicopter works fine. It excides my expectations. The video is great and the unit's range is good. For $90 I got a great product. Follow the instructions on manual. Do Not fly it with wind, it will go away fast. Be careful with surroundings, it could cause an accident. Take it to a park. I bought as video tool, not as a toy. Swann costumer service is very professional and helpful, for any issues and questions. G.
The rotors would not turn after charging on our first try. The lights and camera were working from the remote which indicated it was synchronized. This is our second Swann. The 1st one stopped taking a charge and working within a week. Two emails to Swann were never answered. Appears to be very poor quality.
