I had been feeling more tired than normal for a few months. I started taking Acetyl L-Carnitine and was surprised to notice a few days later that my feeling of fatigue was gone. This was the only thing I had changed.
I am an engineer, not in the medical industry, and research to increase health and vitality.\nAfter personal study, I take 2-4 G ALC daily on an empty stomach with 600 mg ALA. Mood, performance and endurance have improved. Alternate days I offset with 1-2G L-Lysine.\n\nThis is a premium product at a great value!
I've been a huge fan of individual, pure crystalline free-form Amino Acids since I did a lot of research about them back in the 1970s. L-Carnitine is wonderful. I like everything I have learned about it. The early information I read about it talked about how it nourished the heart. The heart is muscle tissue, of course, and subsequently I read how L-Carnitine nourishes and energizes muscle tissue throughout the body. It all makes sense. After all, why should L-Carnitine nourish some muscle tissue and not others?\n\nI like this capsule form of Acetyl L-Carnitine very much. I don't find L-Carnitine in tablet form usable / stable / acceptable to me. As part of my energy program of nutritional supplements that I take each morning (B-100 Complex, 5 mg. Methyl Cobalamin B-12 sublingual, Chromium Picolinate, Pantothenic Acid, L-Tyrosine, L-Glutamine powder, Eleuthero liquid, and more), I include two or three grams of Acetyl L-Carnitine. I heartily recommend it. Works for me.

All items that I need in food isn't always there in food. This is an amino acid that is very important substance found in food but is lacking nowdays but our bodies still need this nourshnent. Antioxidents is another word for important.
It's a veg cap without the rice flour or magnesium stearate, fillers . . . which aren't that good for you. It does have added calcium laurate which is o.k. Why can't all supplements be as good as this?

I started taking this produce along with Alpha Lipoic Acid once daily and within 3 days I noticed a definite improvement in my energy level. I'm 75 and we oldies are always looking for things that will boost our energy. I've tried many other "energy boosters" but none have worked as well as this combination.
I have taken this for several years now, on and off at times when I could not afford it. There is a BIG difference in my concentration and memory when I am taking it. I wish it was not so expensive, because it is one I really do not want to go without. I am a programmer/analyst and really need to be able to concentrate, focus and finish assignments quickly and accurately. This REALLY helps !!!
Taking ALCAR improves my concentration more than anything I have tried so far, and I have tried many nootropics. On top of that, it makes my weightloss process faster. Whenever you see this thing "On sale", don\u00b4t hesitate and try it. From my experience, it is better than the regular Swason\u00b4s alcar, that goes for half the price of this one. However, I cannot tell, whether it is twice as good, as the price would suggest.
