I've took tyrosine over the last few years to improve weariness of the brain.\nThe supplement seems to work for me.\nI've tried many different company's products of tyrosine,\nbut I find that "Ajipure tyrosine" is best.\n\nI feel hot flashes and irritation using other products but\nthis is not.\nI guess that tyrosine absorption of other company's products is too-rapid.\nI feel Ajipure tyrosine is properly absorbed and work comfortably.\nA drawback of the product is out of stock sometimes.\nI hope that this product always will keep in stock.\n\nI highly recommend that many tyrosine users try using it at least once.\nYou can tell the difference between these.
I started taking this to help me sleep, and it works great! Should be taken in the morning, not before bedtime.
This is a nice calming and mental focus suppliment that should be combined with inosital and L-glutamine and coQ10 for mental health, and overall mood balancing.

As soon as i opened it all i smelled was rancid, not sure if that was the norm,i also didn't like that they were veggie caps(as that gums up your insides and causes havoc) i decided not to take them. I went back to the original ones i was taking before
