Works well for me.
Things to be more effective than the previous supplement I used to take from another catalog vitamin company there is a hard tablets also switched because they stopped caring the one that I took and all the ones in store either have zinc or vitamin D which if you get too much could please shoot up other vitamins and cause health problems
I take this a lot in the evenings to help me sleep, seems to work well.I buy a lot of Swanson vitamins and find the quality to be excellent and the prices to be fair, much less than competitors
I've been taking these for years. Sometimes they're not in stock so I run out of them and have to purchase a different brand. I'm so happy to have found them on the Walmart app. Thank you Swanson for the speedy delivery! Thank you, Wal-Mart!

I'm actually strains I like to bite into these and taste the taste of them and small little bits at a time. I honestly don't know if I'm getting any benefits yet from it because it's still new
They are huge- really hard to swallow. But I have tried liquid (not in capsule form) version, and find I don''t take it as consistently. So I'm back to these, which are part of my daily regimen.
