I've been taking niacin for years and I've noticed if you take it consistently, the flush will be minimized. If I skip a day, I'll feel the flush the next time, but I find it is not too unpleasant, particularly since it is an indication that it is working to increase blood flow to the small capillaries.

Awesome! It gave me a great flush, I could feel the oxygen bubbles on my face and neck, it gave me a fresh (pretty) blushing look.
It works, take with food, otherwise it will light you up! Dr says if it don't flush, it don't work!

These flush my body too much
I have been taking a different brand of Niacin for 20 years with no problems. I took this brand and immediately started breaking out in a rash and hives. I changed back to old brand and had no problems.
