I've been studying up in brain supplements and found these were rated #2 in potency. Seems to be working better than Prevagen.

Won't be without it! I've personally done tests on myself, going on and off, to see if I noticed a difference with PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE 100mg. I personally notice a difference when I am off this supplement. I become more forgetful and have a hard time with finding the right words quickly when I'm conversing. Works for me but everyone is different, for me it took a few weeks for the full effect.
I have used Swanson Phosphatidylserine before taking 200mg per day. I found it really helped improve and enhance my memory significantly and I feel it is well worth the effort to add it to my dietary intake once again as I am in my 70s.
I really like the Swanson brand of Phosphatidylserine. It works much better than other brands. You recently quit carrying it in the 300mg which was disappointing because I take 1200mg per day. I was only having to take four pills a day at the 300mg per capsule and now I'm having to take 12 pills per day at the 100mg capsules on top of other supplements that I take. I'm getting use to it now and kinda like the smaller capsules. Thanks for a great product.
Taking with other supplements so I can't comment. I feel good with the daily supplements and plan to continue
I prefer the 300mg soft gel capsules phosphatidylserine which we used for years until they were discontinued.
