I've been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and other than I noticed a little more gas at times I am very pleased. It does seem to work better than this other popular drug store purchased brand I was using before. For this reason I took advantage of the 2 for 1 sale and purchased two more bottles.
I love this probiotic It works Great so naturally good for the stomach I\u2019ve spent quite a bit of money on probiotics and they did nothing for me It was a waste of money Nothing like the info commercial said so I went to my good old stand by (Swanson products) I always buy their name brand for all my vitamins etc I\u2019ve shopped with them for years and I\u2019m never disappointed
Let's face it, probiotics are EXPENSIVE and I am never sure which ones are the best. Swanson's Ultra Complex takes all the guess work OUT of the equation. I am never with out these .... one day I forget...I know it! This product has definitely changed my overall feeling and outlook. And the price is indisputable. I just can't get this kind of quality at this kind of price!
Happy with the probiotic taking it twice daily and could tell the difference after a few days. I do not like yogurt so this is my alternative method. Swanson has such quick delivery, even when ordering on the weekends....thanks to all that do their jobs well.
Using a good probiotic is a good idea and the description of this one looks very good. I take one of these every three or four days to add strains to the ones I get from my daily ingestion of Kefir and probiotic filled yogurt I eat in my protein shake daily. This looks like a good quality product from its description and a good price too!

I read some other reviews of this product that indicated it was not worth the money when compared with other products. However, since it was on sale I decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did! It delivered the benefits I was hoping for in regards to my digestive system. But it also had an added benefit that I had not anticipated. I sleep better!
This is agreat product and works very well. I would have given this 5 leaves all the way around, but I am concerned about one thing: Microcrystaline cellulose (plant fiber). I have been learning about hidden GMO's found in supplements. So, it would be very helpful to know what plant fiber(s) are used in your Microcrystaline cellulose.
This is probably my fault for not getting vegan probiotics, but these probiotics make me break out slightly. I have only been taking it for 2 weeks and I know sometimes these effects can fade, but my face it getting torn up in the process so I just rather not bother to wait. I cannot attest to any other benefits except maybe a tiny bit of energy on the first two days of taking it.
I tried a bottle of this because it was on sale. I think even at 50% off this product is overpriced. It has 4 billion microorganisms as compared to 60 billion in the Ultimate Probiotic, yet it costs only $1.40 less. I agree with another reviewer: this product seemed to give me alot of gas, and I never have a problem with that. It also seemed to leave me with a constant feeling that I have to go to the bathroom, but then I can't. I would say the quality of the product is good for what this product is meant to offer, but not at this price.
