It seems to benefit my prostate
They work. You don't need much, so these 100 mcg tablets are just the right size,
If I say anything favorable about this product, Swanson will accuse me of making a medical claim. All I can say is that I've been using Swanson's Selenium for years, and I'm very happy with the quality, Swanson's customer service, and the price.
Just started taking this supplement. Seems to be a good value for the product and only have to take once a day.
This product is amazing, I have been taking selenium for over a year now, and it does what it is suppose to do. I love the price and the form of capsules!
I have tried several forms of selenium and this by far is the most effective. I usually look for 2 most important criteria in a health supplement, that is effectiveness & value and this by far is doing its job for me and saves me money. Since this comes in capsule form it is easily absorb. I feel rejuvenated every morning when I take this before I go to bed.
I am always trying to reduce my carbs from bread sources, and this Selenium pill helps me get my peace of mind that I am not getting deprived of an essential element found in wheat sources
Although I do not notice any physical difference since taking this supplement I know its good because Selenium is important for the body and Oregon is the only state where it is not naturally in the soil. I know Brazil nuts are also a good source but I prefer your vitamin since its always the standard mg as listed on the bottle and I do not have to guess.
