I am really happy with these, but wish that they were available in bottles of 300. I take 8 a day, so it doesn't take me long to go through a bottle. As I cannot ship more than 5 bottles at a time to Canada, it means that I have to order more often, which is inconvenient.
I ve been talking this for years and works really good. Good and fresh brand. I highly recommend this vitamin b2 if your low in it like me.
I take this vitamin for migraine type headaches along with magnesium. It seems to help.

Even though Walmart doesn't carry this item in their local stores, I was able to buy it in their online stores. Great deal too!
My very competent doctor recommended me taking B2. After searching on the Internet and presenting him with various brands, he liked this one the best. The price for this brand was actually less than the ones he did not like as well, which rarely happens.
I've always been Very Big on all the B-Vitamins, which are so important for one's general metabolism and at least 8 major areas. In addition to taking 2 or 3 of the ultra-important B-100 Complex daily, I supplement other individual B's for their specific contributions. B-2 is renowned for eyes, skin, and as a catalyst for B-1 and B-5. So, I take an additional 3 of these 100 mg. B-2 caps every morning and night. (I wish they put it out in a 250 mg. capsule.) Over the many decades, I have found that B-Vitamins have an immediate impact. Works for me.
I've been taking 200 mg a day for a couple of months now and it really seems to be helping to keep my migraines manageable. It would be nice if it came in 200 mg capsules, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I just take 2 a day - NP.
The verdict is out yet on this!
I have been taking this about a month and can't really say that I feel a difference. I will continue to use the rest of the bottle but not sure if I will re-order. I have not felt any negative effects so that is good too as some B vitamins are too strong and make me tired instead of giving me energy.
