Despite lacking album sales, and only two successful singles (out of 5), this album isn't that bad. There's some great pop songs, including the radio hit, "The Sweet Escape", fourth single, "Now That You Got It", dance pop, "Fluorescent" and "U Started It", and the hidden gem, "Wonderful Life". The best songs are album are surprisingly the ballads, "Early Winter", and, "4 In The Morning", both were released as singles, in April 2007, and November 2007 respectively. The only flaws on the album are the mess, "Orange County Girl", and "Don't Get It Twisted", which tries too hard to follow in Hollaback Girl's footsteps. The silly, "Wind It Up", "Yummy", and "Breakin' Up" are well produced tracks, despite their strange lyrics. Overall it's a good album with just two (out of twelve) tracks that don't deliver the true Gwen.
really showcases her voice compared to old album. I like 4 in the morning the best. Quite a few slow songs, (emotional), but shows off her hip-hop side like the Love.Angel.Music.Baby. okay album overall.
