I ordered three onions because I did not want to buy a bag as they would go to waste, but I'm going to have to throw these away and get them from somewhere else. A shopper needs to know their produce for delivery.
Shippers don't know how to pick good produce. Am always asking for a refund. Shop in person for produce! I've been given produce that has liquid in the bag it's so bad. Can't believe they actually gave me that head of lettuce that was half a head and all brown. Strawberries always have bad spots. And that onion had a soft spot with indentation. They don't look at the produce, just grab. Shoppers need a refresher course at the Calallen WalMart!
have you ever heard of 10 common items not being available at walmart? I think the only time I heard of anything close to that was during the pandemic. but my shopper for some reason was unable to find 10 of the items I ordered. she also dented cans, picked horrible meat, picked this damaged onion and refused to bring my order to my door. I caught her before she left and said hey you're supposed to bring that to my door and she said where does it say that and drove off. I sincerely hope Walmart never uses this woman again for any of their customers. she is very bad for business.
I'm officially deleting my cards from Walmart. I will give Target a try. Every order I get dead produce that's ready for the trash. The whole idea of shopping online is convenience. When I have to take items back to the store for a refund or just throw away all together it's an inconvenience. The last time they gave me a refund without having to come to the store. The was idea, but should have never made it into my cart. However, I cannot rely on them to only place fresh items on my order. I have received all kinds of gross produce from my orders. They go straight to the trash. I would prefer if them just said they were out like they do with everything else. I use to go to the Walmart near my home on Winchester, but switched to the one on Poplar in Collierville hoping for a better Pick up experience. However, same problem. You can keep your refund. The only way I will use Walmart is if I go into the store. Which will not be often since I have a specific set of stores I shop at. I only used Walmart when I needed a convenient way to get my groceries.
I ordered sweet onions and received brown onions. My husband was upset with that as well as one of the onions was bad. Very soft and black under he skin. He's like this is why I don't do drive up. I shop I know what I'm getting. In photo you can't see the black or how soft it was.
How do they NOT see or smell this is a ROTTEN onion!!???? I just picked up my order and this had a disgusting smell! I only ordered 2 onions but had to throw this one away!! People PLEASE LOOK at why you're picking!!
This sweet onion I received by delivery is obviously ROTTEN...It's all mushy...anyone disabled like myself BUYER BEWARE....Walmarts produce is hardly ever fresh...and the shopper's don't seem to try to choose fresh produce...they just grab and go. I am unable to drive, therefore I cannot get a refund, because they want a rotten onion returned to store or no refund. I will be buying my produce from Publix and instacart will deliver it. Maybe it's just the store I use, but I kinda doubt that. Just beware of ordering produce to be delivered if you are unable to return bad food to be delivered.
The onion was half rotted. I have never had a bad experience with Walmart picking out produce. I don't even see how someone would even think this was ok to give to someone
The number of times I have received rotten produce after paying for delivery and tipping is ridiculous. At first I'm aggravated with the shopper, but really the store is just as much to blame. Why do you let rotten produce just sit out?? Horrible management and disgusting store.
I was givin Yellow onions NOT Sweet onions. How can you mix them up? Not paying attention. This is my first incident.
