I love this product! It leaves my floors clean, disinfected and smelling so good! It's SO easy to use! I just insert a bottle into my swiffer Wetjet, stick on a pad and clean! if I had to use a mop, I'd never have floors this clean- because i'd never bother! Love this product and it's ease of use. My grandson is a transplant patient and we must use every precaution to keep things bad bacteria free. Swiffer WetJet Antibacterial Solution is awesome! I have pets & a husband that comes home with work shoes coated in bacteria (meatcutter). So when I "Swiffer" the floors I know that I not only cleaned the floors, but that I also killed any & all bacteria that is being tracked onto my floors. And it smells good too! I have been a true believer with my wet jet I have had it for a long time. My husband was recently diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. I was doing a good cleand on my floor because it has be neglected lately, and the metal handle on my wet jet broke, I was Very surprised. We live 55 miles away from the doctors and he starts treatment on the 26 of February I have a question, do you have a way to change the handle cheaply? nice clean smell
I like the smell and the concept of this product and I believe you were the first to come up with the idea, but the bottles are environmentally incorrect. Hopefully everyone recycles (probably not) but it would be nice to be able to reuse this bottle, in any capacity. I stopped cleaning ... as my Swiffer Wet Jet just BROKE. Great product ~ but they constantly BREAK. I agree with all the reviews about BREAKAGE. We get caught in a cycle. We use the SWIFFER WET JET and so we buy replacement pads and fluid. Then the Swiffer Wet Jet BREAKS ~ always at the same spot. Since we spent money on the replacement products we buy a new Swiffer Wet Jet. And yes, sadly, that Swiffer Wet Jet BREAKS. They always seem to break at the same spot. I find this curiously disturbing. A) I'm certain that a company as large as Proctor and Gamble employs very skilled and highly educated engineers to design their products. B) I'm fairly certain that if I purchase Swiffer Wet Jets that are constantly breaking (always at the same spot on the device) ~ other consumers are also. C) The posted reviews of this product on Proctor and Gamble's Swifffer Web Site confirm this complaint about the device. D) Proctor and Gamble has not honored the consumers of their products by re-engineering the item to eliminate this flaw. So ... Is this "planned obsolesce" ? Why does Proctor and Gamble choose not to address the overwhelmingly common #1 problem with the Swiffer Wet Jet? As an American, and as a Consumer, I "vote with my wallet" when it comes to purchasing. I'm fairly certain most Americans do. Do you wish to retain customers Proctor and Gamble ??? Do you hear us Proctor and Gamble ???
