I love the new slide we bought. It was a little difficult to put together and I would suggest you include longer bolts for it because some of them did not go through enough and we had to buy longer ones. This is a great item and my grandkids love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snow, cold, ❄️and can't be outside. This slide was ordered on a Friday and arrived (FedX) on Tuesday! It was ordered from the company site (out of stock on my usual ordering site). Our 4 and 6 year olds love ❤️ this slide (installed indoors) that was added to their already “cool basement play area”. Wish we had it sooner. We chose this (one piece) slide due to higher stability compared to a sectional. Kids are rough on playground equipment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this slide for our 10 year old with Cerebral Palsy to get down from the loft in our house. Going up the stairs is easy for him but coming down was difficult. This slide exceeded all expectations and the entire family thoroughly enjoys it! Not to mention anyone who comes over.
Worked Great, kids loving it off the deck
It was hard to find information when looking at slides online, but I'm glad we bough this one (despite the high shipping cost!). This slide is both fast (and therefore fun) and has a scoop at the end so my kids don't go flying off! Installation was reasonable and it is strong enough that adults can slide down it (I have!).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set for my grand kids and they play on it every day.
I was sceptical about buying this slide because I read a lot of reviews saying the holes don't line up and that it didn't fit together and how hard it was....well my honest opinion is that if you have a brain and understand how to bolt something together then you shouldn't have trouble at all...I've out the pieces together but haven't put it to the swing set yet because I'm building it now but I did it by myself and will prolly put slide on the swing set by myself....now I did have to use a drill to open a few holes up as they were not perfectly lined up...but remember this is plastic it's not some thick metal it's easy to run a bit through a few holes..seems like it's gonna be a fun for my kids...and the slide is high ($$$) but when you compare spending 1k-2k on one that won't last very long to me buying this and buying some metal or wood (I'm going with square tubing) and building one that will out last the store bought ones...this is the way to go hands down and on top of that you get a way cooler slide!! So far I'm happy and unless the slide just falls apart I will stay happy. Don't let the bad reviews scare you it's a piece of cake! It baffles me to why they were having so much trouble lol!!
The walls of the slide are thinner than I expected, but seem to be quite sturdy. I combined a 5 foot and a 7 foot slide (pieces of each) to fit a 9ft deck. I had to add more braces for stability, but it is working quite well. The slide was not too difficult to put together, even with my modifications. Be aware that the spiral of the 5ft slide is tighter than the 7ft. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Super Tube Slide because it was literally the only one I could get my hands on after 4 months of trying. It's definitely a good quality product, but it was monstrously difficult to put together, and I'm pretty good at this stuff (I was adding to my custom and homemade playset). The main problem is that many of the predrilled holes din't line up properly, and the material isn't flexible enough to manipulate to make the bolts fit easily (which of course is a good thing when it comes to the toughness and longevity of the product). It took an entire day and a lot of elbow grease and some creativity to make it all work. Now that it's together, it's wonderful, but beware that it won't be easy to get this up and running.
Slide is OK and works for small children but when it's really hot and the sun is shining bright outside be careful. I've had this slide bend and the bottom go flat in this outdoor condition. During cooler weather and/ or overcast outside there hasn't been any issue. We ordered a thicker slide to replace this one.
