Replaced my old one after 11 years. 20% cheaper than Amazon. Quiet and very functional

This one is great. The last newer model sounded like a shot gun going off in our office. This one is great.
Can't believe that it didn't com with any staples.
The Swingline received today was broken at the positioned lever for paper guide , the second staple jammed and also has a hand written date on the side from Nov. 2018, appears to be a poor reconditioned stapler. Walmart is sending me a replacement.
I returned this product because it did not meet my expectation. The finish was below par and the working left a lot to be desired. Example: Loading the staples was a chore because the "magazine" would not slide out [as it should] when the lock was unlatched. I had to literally drag it out. I think I will stay with the manual version!
