Great for the kids who want to see the machine in action. I add a bit of milk for creaminess.
Great flavor as long as you keep it less than 10oz servings, almost as good as the packets you get in the box at the store. If you choose 12oz it gets a little weak in taste
The bank had a Keurig machine with hot chocolate for the customers which led us to make a Keurig purchase.
Great choice for non coffee drinkers! It's perfect for a pick me up in the morning or evening snack with cookies.

I mix my Swiss Miss with a regular coffee pod and it taste delicious. Of course it taste wonderful on its own too. My Keurig will sometimes clog up using the Swiss Miss so I have to follow up with either the coffee pod or just run through a cup of water to clear out the residual chocolate.
I just received my first keurig machine for my birthday. I love hot chocolate, so my first purchase for my new keurig was the Swiss Miss hit chocolate K-Cups. I can not even put into words my disappointment! I barely got any chocolate out of them, so it was like drink hot water! There were huge chunks of chocolate that didn't flavor it. I checked the expiration date TWICE and it was fine. I was talking to my friends about this the other day it and it happened to them as well! They will not be buying it again and I may not either if this isn't correct. Although, this is my favorite brand. So again, I am so disappointed and the main reason I got this as a gift is because I love hot chocolate, and as I am disabled, it is so much easier to make hot chocolate with a keurig, than to stand there and make it yourself! I really hope somebody makes this right!
