Healed my leaky gut. Took 2-3 pills 3x a day for about 3 months. Still take everyday for maintenance.
I have been using this particular brand of colostrum for 10 years now. My doctor recommended a higher dosage than average and this is the only brand where I wouldn't have to take 10+ pills. It has made a very significant difference in my overall health.
I asked my doctor about taking this and she said it doesn't do anything. I didn't notice a difference when taking it either.
