great for making pancakes and grilled sandwiches never sticks smooth cooking and even cooking temperature accross the surface of the griddle.
T-Fal is my favorite cookware. They need to come out with more products, like indoor grills, griddles, etc. I would recommend this product to anyone.
I have a griddle similar to this that my husband purchased for me a few years ago for a similar price. I wanted to get the same item for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I purchased this online after shopping at my local walmart because I thought this was bigger than what I could buy in the store. I was disappointed upon receiving my order to find that rather than 11", this griddle actually measures 10.25". The 3/4 inch in each direction actually makes a considerable difference in how much you can cook at a time. I thought the price was rather steep for the smaller size, and ended up returning it and buying something else. I love the professional quality teflon, and use my griddle all the time, I just wish they hadn't cut back on the size. If you purchase this, just understand that it is smaller than advertised. I liked everything else about it.
