There are straps to add to it if you want to carry it a different way. It is great for traveling during the day. I know that my computer is well protected.

It is just the perfect size for my laptop and has a front packet that can hold my charger and other accessories.The slipcase is weather resistant, has sturdy padding and also has reflective accents to let others see you . This Targus Slipcase protects my laptop from scratches and dents. I like the fact that it has the grab and go handles or I can use the shoulder strap when my hands are full. You can be at ease if you put it in your briefcase knowing that your computer will be safe
I purchased this to transport a 12.9 inch iPad and some accessories. It fits the bill quite well. The side pocket is large enough to hold the charger, USB C multi port hub, and cables. I don't have the keyboard so I can't comment on whether that would fit. The case appears well made. My previous experience with a Targus case for an older, smaller iPad was very favorable.

It seems like it will be quite durable over time and has a little bit of cushioning in case you drop or bang around your bag. Easily fit my MacBook Air with room to spare and a nice little side pocket for accessories. Came with a detachable strap if you like to carry your bag over your shoulder. The fabric feels durable, the stitching is strong, and the padding is good without being bulky. I really like that this case has an outside pouch for my accessories and a (detachable) shoulder strap for portability. These features set it above basic sleeves without making it cumbersome or heavy. It could also fit inside a heavier case or briefcase if desired. I am very happy with this.
Had the first one for 3 years. When my retriever puppy chewed part of it, I was thrilled to be able to get the same one again. Love love love it for carrying my laptop and a few files.
