From the blue color, to the way it feels in your hand, the Tasty solid turner with built in garlic grater is a winner in every kitchen. I tested out this spatula while making breakfast this past weekend. In three different non-stick skillets I was able to cook sausage, eggs, and flip pancakes. It's a very sturdy spatula and the silicone rubber has a soft feeling in your hand. I did not see any melting or peeling after using this. I also put it in the dishwasher and it came out perfect. I am going to pick up a few more of this brand in the same pretty blue because it gives my kitchen a nice pop of color.
I used this to flip about a dozen pancakes for our family breakfast. the handle was easy to grip and easily slid underneath the pancake. space on the spatula was really good as it was able to fit the panckae to allow the flip to happen. It comes with these ridges on the to of the spatula which i think is the built in grater. didnt use and probally wont but overall its a good spatula
This is an awesome turner! The built-in garlic grater is a huge plus! My family loves garlic added in recipes, so this is so handy to have. The turner feels great in the hand and you can feel it is made with high quality materials. It is easy to clean and can also go in the dishwasher. I love the blue color of it. It is bright and looks great in a kitchen. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and I recommend it!
I did not for a second realize that this spatula was going to be as big as it was lol. But now that it is here I am quite happy with it. This will be the perfect item to add to your kitchen especially if you are someone that makes things like grilled cheese, omelettes, pizza or any other types of food that you will need or want a larger spatula to use to flip it. The spatula is large enough that if you want to have some thing that is going to flip an entire sandwich this is going to do the trick with out fail. I love that they come in so many different colors to go with a variety of different color schemes. The one I chose was a red color and I think it would go with just about anything. The spatula is really great quality. It is not flimsy and I do not have any issues using it when I am cooking. I am actually quite happy with it and really pleased with the quality and the performance. I would definitely recommend the spatula to anyone that does a lot of cooking in the oven or on the stove.
Really nice big spatula! I really love the color , the size & the material. This spatula is great for flipping pancakes, eggs , French toast and everything else we love to eat. It's easy to clean too. It doesn't scratch up my pans which is very good .And it's heat resistant up to 400 degrees.It's my favorite spatula at the moment and I'm very happy with it. It also has a built in garlic grater too. I'm writing this review for the Walmart Spark reviews program and highly recommend this spatula.
I love using this spatula. It is so easy to use, it is not very heavy, and it is very easy to handle when turning food. It might be a little too big to use for everything, but I still like using it most of the time. Food doesn't stick to it, it is so easy to flip pancakes with it, or even for your eggs overeasy. Another cool thing about it is that when it gets close to the handle it has a garlic grater, so you don't need to get another utensil to grate a garlic for your recipes.
The handle feels really good to hold. The rubber handle makes for a sturdy grip that doesn't slip, even when my hands have some vegetable oil on them. The wideness of the spatula makes turning foods and stir frying much easier and comfortable to do as well. These two things make this an awesome spatula, that quickly has become a kitchen favorite in our household. Because it turns so well, we prefer to use this more often for large batches of cooking and stir-frying using a wok or large pan, like for people of 4 or more. But because of it's somewhat larger-than-normal size, we have trouble fitting this away in our drawer that's already crammed with kitchen utensils. So, we've made a habit of leaving this out after cleaning, which is quite an eyesore honestly – but that's until I can clear out the drawer to make room for this turner. Dishwashing this is no problem. It fits nicely between plates or lies nicely on any rack. Hand-washing is even easier. It doesn't have any problems with sticking, so cleaning up is quick and easy. It's actually a great spatula/turner for stir-frying. We stir fry a lot because we like Asian cooking. I think we stir fry like 80% of the time, so we have to use this spatula daily or twice daily. Although all the spatulas and turners that I have are good to use, this one is probably the best one out of all of them. It's just the sheer size of the spatula, the somewhat sturdy but still flexible feel, and grip of the handle that makes this turn foods easier, quicker, and more comfortably.
Pleasantly surprised with this one. It is quite heavy considering it is made out of plastic materials, has good grip texture which feels like rubber, and the grater is rather sharp. The edge of the spatula is sharp also which allows you to get under your food rather easily. The handle is VERY stout with almost no flex at all, which makes it a lot easier to turn heavier food as you're not having to factor in handle flex. It's not quite as good as metal, but definitely a good alternative.
This Turner is probably the biggest one that I've had. I really like it a lot. It's perfect for cookies, pancakes, grilled cheese. I even use it to help get pizza out of the oven. It can be used on surfaces up to 400 degrees. Plus I love the color
A nice sturdy spatula. My only complaint is I bought two, and almost right from the start one of them leaks rusty water from where the neck connects to the handle after going through the dish washer, which is kind of gross. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for that.
