it seems strong and accurate.
Scale seems to be accurate and consistent. I'm below 130 lbs and my husband is above 250 lbs, and we both consider it accurate. There is a small button on the underside to change it from pounds to kilograms, but it sometimes changes on its own, so I have to change it back. Be sure to remember that the first weight is to zero the scale, so it is not to be considered accurate. If the scale is moved, then weigh once to zero the scale, then the next weight will be accurate. (down to tenths place, even numbers). No tapping on the scale necessary, just step on and weigh. Very nice scale for the price. Nice looking, too.
