This scale works great. Came with batteries, which was a plus. I tried it out to see if it works and it does.
Has been very useful since we purchased it almost 2 years ago. Very accurate. Easy to operate. When it sends an ERROR message, that means there's something wrong with the way you attach it or carry the luggage. Lightweight, good value for its service, VERY portable. Ever since we had this, I feel we can't go through travel preparations without this!
Worked right out of the box. Great looking product, light and easy to carry. Has KG and LB mode which was important to me, since I am from India. Comes with clear instructions. The readings are quite accurate and don't vary much in successive weighings if you follow the instructions. I prefer the KG mode to LB mode, since I believe the device shows KG readings slightly higher and its safer that way not to cross the weight limit. Highly recommended.
Worked very well. Brought it with us on trip and used it again before going to airport for return trip. Bought a few souvenirs and redistributed clothing to keep weight within limits. The Taylor Luggage Skill really came in handy.
The scale will weigh your luggage but with heavy bags, the scale does not hold thd maximum reading. You need to read the scale while holding the bag and watch for the highest reading.
The Luggage Scale is easy to use; but the strap could be a little longer. I only weighed things upto 50 pounds & I haven't tried to reach its maximum capacity of 88 pounds. The readings I took were consistently the same with a couple readings varying by .2 pounds.
This was a very good buy, this product work everytime. I'm about 5' 7" I have no problems lifting the luggage weight. The reading was about 2 pounds off from the airport reading, but it was right on when I left Jamaica. This is a great product to let you know before you get to the airport if your bags are over weight.
Very useful for frequent travelers, saves lot of money and aggravation at airports
Small, lightweight and easy to travel with; Fairly accurate. Be sure to weigh several times as you may get more than one measurement each time; Very Easy to use; Auto off feature; Does both KG and LB measurements; A little pricey for what you get but compared to other travel scales on the market, it is not a bad product.
I purchased this luggage scale in order to be able to weigh my luggage prior to checking in at the airport. The item description said it weighed items up to 88 lbs. My largest piece of luggage weighed 49.5 lbs but this scale would not accurately weigh it. The digital readout numbers bounced all around in the 45-50 lb range but would not lock in on a weight. It performed well on smaller pieces of luggage, but since my concern was the larger piece of luggage that had to be checked, and would cost extra if it was over 50 lbs, the scale did not meet my needs. I will be returning it!
